PISA-APhA Dean's Hour on Making Smart Career Choices

On Monday, November 3, 2008, the Pharmaceutical Industry Student Association and the American Pharmacist Association- Academy of Student Pharmacists co-sponsored a Dean’s Hour Program with guest speaker Andrew Lam, Pharm.D. ’03, whose talk was titled “Liking what you do – Having your cake, and eating it too” (Reflections, five years out of school). Over 80 students attended the program and left with a better idea of their career opportunities and how good choices they make in pharmacy school can help them in their careers.
