Know your medication, know your pharmacist! October is American Pharmacists Month. APhA members went on ABC's Good Morning America to encourage patients to ask questions about their medications and get to know their pharmacist. Medication errors are substantially decreased when patients know their medicines, their pharmacist, and interacting with their pharmacist on both of the prescription and over-the-counter medications.
